Principio de funcionamiento<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0El turbocompresor utiliza el aire de escape del motor para accionar una turbina; el giro de esta turbina impulsa un impulsor de compresi\u00f3n de aire que gira a alta velocidad, y el aire fresco comprimido se aspira hacia los cilindros del motor para aumentar la relaci\u00f3n aire-combustible. Al mejorar la eficiencia, el combustible se quema de forma \u00f3ptima. Se reducir\u00e1 el consumo de combustible y aumentar\u00e1 la potencia del motor. Al mismo tiempo, gracias a la mejora de la calidad de los gases de escape, se reducen los componentes como el CO, los HC, los NOx y las part\u00edculas (PM) presentes en los gases de escape.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0En zonas de gran altitud, debido a la menor presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica, la potencia del motor se ve reducida. Puntos que deben revisarse antes del montaje<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a01. Revisar el turbocompresor<br \/>\na. Comprueba si el turbocompresor es compatible con el motor.<br \/>\nb. Comprobar si el turbocompresor ha sufrido da\u00f1os durante el transporte<br \/>\nc. Gira el eje y la turbina con la mano para comprobar que giran con soltura y que no rozan con la cubierta.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a02. Revisa los tubos de entrada y salida de aire<br \/>\na. Comprueba si el elemento filtrante de aire est\u00e1 limpio; un filtro sucio puede provocar fugas en el turbocompresor o incluso da\u00f1arlo.<br \/>\nb. Comprueba si hay part\u00edculas de suciedad en el tubo de entrada de aire del compresor y en el tubo de salida de aire del motor para evitar que dichas part\u00edculas da\u00f1en la rueda.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a03. Revisa los tubos de entrada y salida de aceite<br \/>\na. Comprueba si es necesario cambiar el filtro de aceite y, a continuaci\u00f3n, llena el nuevo elemento filtrante con aceite lubricante.<br \/>\nb. Aseg\u00farate de que el tubo de entrada de aceite y los tubos de salida de aceite est\u00e9n limpios y no est\u00e9n retorcidos, doblados ni obstruidos.<br \/>\nc. Renueve las juntas de estanqueidad de las bridas de entrada y salida de aceite, tanto si est\u00e1n desgastadas como si est\u00e1n deformadas.<br \/>\nd. Cambie el aceite lubricante si est\u00e1 sucio o deteriorado. Para evitar que se acumule suciedad en la parte inferior del motor, cambie el aceite lubricante mientras el motor a\u00fan est\u00e9 caliente. Adem\u00e1s, al cambiar el aceite lubricante, aseg\u00farese de utilizar un filtro de aceite para garantizar que el di\u00e1metro de las part\u00edculas en el aceite no supere los 20 \u00b5m; elija el tipo de aceite lubricante de acuerdo con las especificaciones del fabricante del motor. Si no hay especificaciones al respecto, se recomienda utilizar aceite lubricante de la marca 15W-40CD o superior; no se deben mezclar diferentes tipos de aceite lubricante al rellenar el dep\u00f3sito.<br \/>\nIII. Demanda creciente<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Para que el turbocompresor funcione correctamente, inst\u00e1lalo de la siguiente manera:<br \/>\n1. La tela de franela de entrada de aire de la carcasa de la turbina se fijar\u00e1 al tubo de salida de aire del motor mediante un conector de expansi\u00f3n el\u00e1stico para evitar la deformaci\u00f3n de la cubierta y prevenir el sobrecalentamiento. Si el tubo es pesado, deber\u00e1 contar con un soporte. Lubricar previamente y asegurarse de que el aceite lubricante est\u00e9 limpio en el momento del montaje.<br \/>\n2. La salida de aceite de la carcasa del cojinete debe estar orientada hacia abajo y no debe formar un \u00e1ngulo superior a 23 con respecto a la vertical.<br \/>\n3. El tubo de alimentaci\u00f3n de aceite debe ser lo m\u00e1s corto posible para reducir el tiempo de suministro del aceite lubricante. La presi\u00f3n del aceite se mostrar\u00e1 en un plazo de 3 a 4 segundos tras el arranque del motor, con el fin de evitar que el sistema de cojinetes resulte da\u00f1ado debido a un tiempo de lubricaci\u00f3n insuficiente.<br \/>\n4. El di\u00e1metro del tubo de entrada de aceite no debe ser inferior a 9,5 mm, y el del tubo de salida de aceite no debe superar los 30 mm (consulte el gr\u00e1fico de dimensiones de montaje). La salida del tubo de salida de aceite debe estar por encima del nivel m\u00e1ximo de aceite lubricante en la parte inferior del motor. Adem\u00e1s, el tubo de salida de aceite no debe estar deformado.<br \/>\n5. Se recomienda utilizar un filtro de papel en la entrada de la cubierta del compresor para evitar una disminuci\u00f3n de la potencia provocada por la suciedad del aceite. La diferencia de presi\u00f3n del filtro no superar\u00e1 los 6 kPa.<br \/>\n6. La contrapresi\u00f3n de escape de la turbina no debe superar los 6 kPa.
