{"id":2368,"date":"2026-07-01T11:58:08","date_gmt":"2026-07-01T03:58:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fulerdiesel.com\/direct-injection-engine\/"},"modified":"2026-07-01T11:58:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T03:58:08","slug":"direct-injection-engine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fulerdiesel.com\/pt\/direct-injection-engine\/","title":{"rendered":"Motor de inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Motor de inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta<br \/>\nCom a crescente escassez de recursos petrol\u00edferos e a procura cada vez maior por ve\u00edculos com baixo consumo de combust\u00edvel, surgiu um novo tipo de combust\u00e3o para motores a gasolina: a tecnologia de combust\u00e3o pobre. A forma ideal de alcan\u00e7ar essa combust\u00e3o pobre \u00e9 atrav\u00e9s da inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta (FSI) estratificada, ou seja, a inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta de gasolina (GDI). Num motor de inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta, a gasolina \u00e9 injetada diretamente no cilindro; o injetor est\u00e1 instalado na c\u00e2mara de combust\u00e3o, e a gasolina \u00e9 injetada diretamente na c\u00e2mara de combust\u00e3o do cilindro. O ar que entra na c\u00e2mara de combust\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da v\u00e1lvula de admiss\u00e3o mistura-se com o combust\u00edvel, e a mistura \u00e9 inflamada, formando-se a combust\u00e3o. Este processo \u00e9 semelhante ao dos motores a diesel de inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta; por conseguinte, a convers\u00e3o dos motores a gasolina de inje\u00e7\u00e3o no cilindro para a forma de inje\u00e7\u00e3o no porta-v\u00e1lvulas, de gasolina para gas\u00f3leo, constitui uma iniciativa de grande envergadura.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A rela\u00e7\u00e3o ar-combust\u00edvel nos motores de inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta chega a 40:1, o que permite poupar combust\u00edvel, reduzir as emiss\u00f5es e melhorar o desempenho din\u00e2mico, diminuir a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o do motor, aumentar a precis\u00e3o da inje\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel e prolongar a vida \u00fatil do motor, entre outras vantagens. Por isso, todos os fabricantes de autom\u00f3veis lan\u00e7aram os seus pr\u00f3prios motores de inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta, tais como o FSI (Fuel Stratified Injection) da Volkswagen, o SIDI (inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta com igni\u00e7\u00e3o por fa\u00edsca) da GM, o D-4S da Toyota, o HPI (inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta de alta press\u00e3o) da BMW, o GDI (inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta de gasolina) da Mitsubishi, o DFI (inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta de combust\u00edvel) da Porsche, entre outros.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0 A inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como FSI (Fuel Stratified Injection), representa um avan\u00e7o na tecnologia dos motores a gasolina convencionais. Nos motores a gasolina convencionais, o controlo dos injetores de combust\u00edvel \u2014 para pulverizar combust\u00edvel no coletor de admiss\u00e3o \u2014 \u00e9 efetuado atrav\u00e9s da posi\u00e7\u00e3o do came, controlada por computador, e das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de funcionamento do motor. No entanto, devido \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia entre o bocal e a c\u00e2mara de combust\u00e3o, \u00e0 mistura da gasolina com o ar provocada pela abertura da v\u00e1lvula de admiss\u00e3o e ao impacto de part\u00edculas de \u00f3leo de diferentes tamanhos adsorvidas na parede do tubo, procura-se direcionar o combust\u00edvel pulverizado pelos injetores diretamente para o cilindro.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 O FSI foi desenvolvido pelo Grupo Volkswagen para melhorar o funcionamento do motor a gasolina tradicional, que apresentava problemas de falta de \u00f3leo no cilindro, atrav\u00e9s da tecnologia de inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta. Trata-se de um motor a gasolina de inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta avan\u00e7ada, semelhante \u00e0 tecnologia de inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta utilizada nos motores a gas\u00f3leo, que, por meio de uma bomba de pist\u00e3o, fornece a press\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria \u2014 superior a 100 bar \u2014 na gasolina fornecida aos injetores solen\u00f3ides no interior do cilindro. Em seguida, atrav\u00e9s de um sistema controlado por computador, o combust\u00edvel \u00e9 injetado diretamente na c\u00e2mara de combust\u00e3o no momento mais adequado, com uma precis\u00e3o de controlo pr\u00f3xima do mil\u00e9simo de segundo; o aspeto fundamental a ter em conta na instala\u00e7\u00e3o dos injetores \u00e9 que o cilindro deve dispor de um determinado espa\u00e7o na parte superior esquerda. Uma vez que na parte superior do cilindro est\u00e3o dispostas velas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o muito ecol\u00f3gicas e v\u00e1rias v\u00e1lvulas do motor 1.4TSI de uso comum, o conjunto \u00e9 muito compacto, pelo que est\u00e1 disposto junto ao lado da v\u00e1lvula de admiss\u00e3o. Como os requisitos de conce\u00e7\u00e3o e fabrico do sistema de inje\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o bastante elevados, se a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o for adequada \u2014 principalmente no que diz respeito \u00e0 precis\u00e3o de fabrico \u2014, pode ocorrer rigidez ou fugas, o que pode causar mais danos do que benef\u00edcios. Al\u00e9m disso, os requisitos de qualidade do combust\u00edvel para os motores FSI s\u00e3o relativamente elevados; o estado atual do combust\u00edvel nacional pode tornar dif\u00edcil cumprir esses requisitos, pelo que parte da montagem dos motores FSI importados para o Golf parece ter sido adaptada.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Al\u00e9m disso, a tecnologia FSI utiliza dois padr\u00f5es de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o diferentes: a lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o em camadas e a lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o uniforme. Modo de funcionamento do motor a baixa ou m\u00e9dia velocidade com lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o em camadas. Nesta fase, a v\u00e1lvula de acelera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 parcialmente aberta; o ar proveniente do coletor de admiss\u00e3o que entra no cilindro atinge a parte superior do pist\u00e3o, cuja forma especial, na parte superior, promove a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de um v\u00f3rtice junto \u00e0 vela de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando se aproxima o fim do processo de compress\u00e3o, uma pequena quantidade de combust\u00edvel \u00e9 injetada pelo jato, dando origem \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de gases combust\u00edveis. Esta abordagem hier\u00e1rquica permite melhorar plenamente a efici\u00eancia do motor, uma vez que, devido \u00e0 baixa velocidade e \u00e0 carga reduzida, apenas \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio formar uma mistura de g\u00e1s de alta concentra\u00e7\u00e3o na zona em torno da vela de igni\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto nas restantes partes da c\u00e2mara de combust\u00e3o se mant\u00eam n\u00edveis mais elevados de mistura de ar; assim, o FSI aproxima-se muito do estado ideal. Quando o acelerador est\u00e1 totalmente aberto e o motor a alta rota\u00e7\u00e3o, entra uma grande quantidade de ar no cilindro, formando um forte v\u00f3rtice de alta velocidade que se mistura com a gasolina. Isto contribui para a combust\u00e3o do combust\u00edvel e melhora a pot\u00eancia do motor. O computador altera constantemente o modo de inje\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel de acordo com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de funcionamento do motor, garantindo sempre a forma mais adequada de inje\u00e7\u00e3o.
