Princ\u00edpio de funcionamento<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0O turbocompressor utiliza o ar de escape de um motor para acionar uma turbina; a turbina em funcionamento aciona um impulsor de compress\u00e3o de ar que gira a alta velocidade; o ar fresco comprimido \u00e9 aspirado para os cilindros do motor, a fim de aumentar a rela\u00e7\u00e3o ar-combust\u00edvel. Ao melhorar a efici\u00eancia, o combust\u00edvel ser\u00e1 queimado de forma adequada. O consumo de combust\u00edvel ser\u00e1 reduzido e a pot\u00eancia do motor ser\u00e1 aumentada. Verifique se o elemento do filtro de ar est\u00e1 limpo; um filtro sujo pode causar fugas no turbocompressor ou at\u00e9 mesmo danific\u00e1-lo<br \/>\nb. Verifique se existem part\u00edculas de sujidade no tubo de entrada de ar do compressor e no tubo de sa\u00edda de ar do motor, para evitar que essas part\u00edculas danifiquem a roda.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a03. Inspecione os tubos de entrada e sa\u00edda de \u00f3leo<br \/>\na. Verifique se o filtro de \u00f3leo deve ser substitu\u00eddo e, em seguida, encha o novo elemento filtrante com \u00f3leo lubrificante<br \/>\nb. Al\u00e9m disso, ao substituir o \u00f3leo lubrificante, certifique-se de que \u00e9 utilizado um filtro de \u00f3leo, de modo a garantir que o di\u00e2metro das part\u00edculas no \u00f3leo n\u00e3o exceda 20 \u00b5m; escolha o tipo de \u00f3leo lubrificante de acordo com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do fabricante do motor. Se n\u00e3o houver especifica\u00e7\u00f5es, recomenda-se a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo lubrificante da marca 15W-40CD ou superior; n\u00e3o se devem misturar diferentes tipos de \u00f3leo lubrificante na reposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nIII. Aumento da procura<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Para que o turbocompressor funcione normalmente, instale-o da seguinte forma:<br \/>\n1. A flanela de entrada de ar na carca\u00e7a da turbina ser\u00e1 fixada ao tubo de sa\u00edda de ar do motor atrav\u00e9s de um conector de expans\u00e3o el\u00e1stico, de modo a evitar a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o da tampa e a prevenir o sobreaquecimento. Se o tubo for pesado, deve ser utilizado um suporte. Lubrifique previamente e certifique-se de que o \u00f3leo de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 limpo no momento da montagem<br \/>\n2. A sa\u00edda de \u00f3leo na caixa do rolamento deve estar virada para baixo e n\u00e3o deve exceder um \u00e2ngulo m\u00e1ximo de 23 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o vertical<br \/>\n3. O tubo de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo deve ser o mais curto poss\u00edvel, de modo a reduzir o tempo de fornecimento do \u00f3leo lubrificante. A press\u00e3o do \u00f3leo ser\u00e1 apresentada 3 a 4 segundos ap\u00f3s o arranque do motor, para evitar que o sistema de rolamentos seja danificado devido a um per\u00edodo de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o insuficiente.<br \/>\n4. O di\u00e2metro do tubo de entrada de \u00f3leo n\u00e3o deve ser inferior a 9,5 mm, e o do tubo de sa\u00edda de \u00f3leo n\u00e3o deve ser superior a 30 mm (consulte o gr\u00e1fico de dimens\u00f5es de montagem). A sa\u00edda do tubo de sa\u00edda de \u00f3leo deve ficar acima do n\u00edvel m\u00e1ximo do \u00f3leo de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o no fundo do motor. Al\u00e9m disso, o tubo de sa\u00edda de \u00f3leo n\u00e3o deve estar deformado.<br \/>\n5. Recomenda-se que o filtro de ar na entrada da tampa do compressor seja de papel, para evitar uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o da pot\u00eancia causada por res\u00edduos de \u00f3leo. A diferen\u00e7a de press\u00e3o do filtro n\u00e3o deve ser superior a 6 kPa.<br \/>\n6. A contrapress\u00e3o de escape da turbina n\u00e3o deve ser superior a 6 kPa.
