A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do turbocompressor com v\u00e1lvula de escape<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Para melhorar o desempenho do motor a baixas rota\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um rotor de turbina com um di\u00e2metro menor, de modo a reduzir a in\u00e9rcia do rotor, permitindo uma acelera\u00e7\u00e3o mais r\u00e1pida e um aumento mais r\u00e1pido da press\u00e3o quando o motor funciona a rota\u00e7\u00f5es mais baixas. Consequentemente, quando o motor funciona a alta velocidade, a press\u00e3o de explos\u00e3o do motor torna-se demasiado elevada e a carga da maquinaria pode exceder os seus limites. Para garantir que o turbocompressor tenha um bom desempenho e n\u00e3o provoque cargas excessivas no motor abaixo da velocidade nominal, desenvolvemos v\u00e1rios tipos de turbocompressores com v\u00e1lvula de escape. A abertura e o fecho da v\u00e1lvula de deriva\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o controlados pela press\u00e3o do compressor. O atuador est\u00e1 fixado na carca\u00e7a da turbina<br \/>\nB. O atuador est\u00e1 fixado na tampa do compressor<br \/>\nAo utilizar o turbocompressor, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos seguintes aspetos<br \/>\n1. A posi\u00e7\u00e3o do turbocompressor deve ser adequadamente definida, ou seja, o atuador deve estar o mais afastado poss\u00edvel do tubo de escape, a fim de evitar o sobreaquecimento causado pela radia\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\n2. N\u00e3o ajuste o \u00e2ngulo do compressor em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 carca\u00e7a da turbina do turbocompressor, de modo a que o atuador, a haste e a alavanca de controlo fiquem alinhados durante a instala\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\n3. O \u00e2ngulo da tampa do compressor e da carca\u00e7a da turbina deve ser o correto e garantir que o atuador, a haste e a alavanca de comando fiquem alinhados durante a instala\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\n4. O tubo de escape deve ser suficientemente grande para evitar uma press\u00e3o elevada<br \/>\n5. N\u00e3o segure o atuador pela barra de tra\u00e7\u00e3o e evite dobr\u00e1-la<br \/>\n6. Certifique-se de que o turbocompressor est\u00e1 corretamente instalado no motor e n\u00e3o utilize o atuador como degrau ou pega durante a repara\u00e7\u00e3o do motor.<br \/>\n7. Se o motor estiver a funcionar a alta rota\u00e7\u00e3o, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o ar-combust\u00edvel diminui, o que prejudica a combust\u00e3o; ao mesmo tempo, a pot\u00eancia do motor diminui, a temperatura dos gases de escape aumenta e as emiss\u00f5es nos gases de escape exceder\u00e3o os limites permitidos.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0Se a press\u00e3o de abertura fosse definida para um valor mais elevado, o turbocompressor funcionaria a alta velocidade, o que aumentaria a press\u00e3o do ar e, consequentemente, a press\u00e3o de ruptura; isto provocaria danos prematuros nas v\u00e1lvulas e nos componentes do motor, causaria fadiga no impulsor e o desgaste dos rolamentos do turbocompressor.<br \/>\nV: Operacional<br \/>\n1. Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\na. O motor deve permanecer em marcha lenta durante mais de 5 minutos antes de ser submetido a uma carga elevada. Se o motor arrancar ap\u00f3s ter funcionado apenas durante 30 minutos, o tempo de marcha lenta pode ser mais curto.<br \/>\nb. Se a lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou o filtro do motor tiverem sido substitu\u00eddos, ou se os motores n\u00e3o tiverem funcionado durante mais de uma semana, e os motores estiverem a funcionar em marcha lenta, o conector de \u00f3leo deve ser destravado at\u00e9 que o \u00f3leo comece a escorrer. Detete atempadamente ru\u00eddos e vibra\u00e7\u00f5es anormais no turbocompressor. Caso os detete, pare o motor e identifique a avaria, caso contr\u00e1rio o motor ficar\u00e1 danificado<br \/>\nd. Evite que o motor funcione em marcha lenta durante muito tempo. Isto porque, quando o motor funciona em marcha lenta, a press\u00e3o no lado do compressor e no lado da turbina \u00e9 inferior \u00e0 press\u00e3o do \u00f3leo de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o na tampa do rolamento, o que pode provocar fugas de \u00f3leo no lado do compressor e no lado da turbina<br \/>\n3.
